ITeMAX, a Dr. Kali Pradip Chaudhuri Company, Completes Acquisition of an Automated 3D Structural Steel, Modeling, Detailing and Drafting Company

Riverside, CA (August 4, 2011) – ITeMAX Inc., a California Corporation solely owned by Dr. Kali Pradip Chaudhuri, announced that it has completed the acquisition of its joint venture partner's 60% interest in an automated 3D Structural Steel Modeling, Detailing and Drafting company based in Kolkata, India. Upon completion of the acquisition, ITeMAX, Inc. changed the name of the detailing company to ITeMAX Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. (ITeMAX). ITeMAX is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of ITeMAX, Inc.

ITeMAX will continue to operate from its low-cost operation center in the Software Technology Park (STP) in Kolkata, India. The 11,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art operation center is fully equipped with robust information technology infrastructure including over 90 IBM workstations, 65+ licenses of the industry's leading 3D structural steel detailing software, Tekla Structures, and various ancillary CAD programs. The center is supported by a highly secured network infrastructure with optimized server performance. The facility was established to allow ITeMAX to quickly expand its capacity up to 350 professionals with minimal cost.

Since inception, ITeMAX has participated in over 300 projects across the globe. ITeMAX's experience includes projects of all sizes and complexity consisting of commercial high rises, entertainment facilities, industrial plants and Fast Track projects in the power industry.

Extending the Value of Engineering

The acquisition allows ITeMAX to restructure, strengthen and expand the company's service offerings to address the entire spectrum of the technology and commercial needs of its clients. The objective is to extend the value of engineering to help customers in the engineering and construction industry to enhance their productivity and expand their profit margins by providing specialized, low-cost, outsourced engineering services on demand.

With this acquisition, ITeMAX will expand its service offerings to include a wide range of high-value engineering services with concentration in the following disciplines:

• Structural Engineering (analysis, design, drafting, detailing, reinforced concrete structures),
• Civil Engineering (layout, planning, grading, drainage),
• Plant Engineering (modeling, layout, design, drafting),
• Piping (stress analysis, pipe supports, piping drafting), and
• Mechanical Engineering (equipment analysis, design, modeling, drafting).

Acceleration of Sales & Marketing

ITeMAX's restructuring plan also includes immediate focus on acceleration of its sales and marketing efforts to pursue new geographic market opportunities. The sole ownership status will allow ITeMAX the flexibility to expand into new markets and geographies expeditiously. The plan will include installation of regional representatives and experts in strategic geographical areas to support the acceleration process and enhance the company's economic growth.
