Kali Chaudhuri & The KPC Group Acquire Ramona VNA & Hospice


Dr. Kali P.Chadhuri  & The KPC Group Completes the Acquisition of Ramona VNA & Hospice and Announces Name Change to Inland Empire Home Health & Hospice

Hemet, California – May 21, 2012 – Dr. Kali P. Chaudhuri & The KPC Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of Ramona VNA & Hospital and a name change of the agency to Inland Empire Home Health & Hospice (IEHHH). An agreement was reached in March 2011 with Shova Healthcare VNA, an affiliate of The KPC Group, to purchase Ramona VNA & Hospice. The sale was approved by the agency’s Board of Directors and the Attorney General. An advisory Board will be established for the new entity consisting of community business leaders.

A Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) accredited community based agency, providing care since 1987 as Ramona VNA & Hospice, IEHHH supports 19,000 + Home Health visits and 48,000+ Hospice visits each year.

Offering a complete continuum of home care, under new ownership IEHHH will continue to provide Home Health, Palliative, Chronic Illness and Hospice services throughout Southwest Riverside County, including Hemet/San Jacinto, Sun City/Menifee/Perris, Temecula/Murrieta and Canyon Lake/Lake Elsinore.

In addition, IEHHH will continue to offer Community Outreach through The Healthy Elder Life Program (H.E.L.P. Line) senior resource and outreach, H.E.L.P Alliance community collaborative, adult bereavement services, professional continuing education, community health fairs, seminars and workshops.

Patients presently on services will continue to receive care from this clinicians that they have come to know and trust. Inland Empire Home Health & Hopsice (formerly known as Ramona VNA & Hospice) is now an affiliate of The KPC Group.
